Twelve Weeks Pregnant

Twelve Weeks Pregnant

Not much improvement when it comes to meat, I can only eat some when is mixed up with something vegetable, but it is OK, I don’t feel the need and I try to replace it with something else.

Nausea is completely gone, and the only thing that bothers me is the back pain. I have some stretch marks on my boobs and I started massaging them and my belly with some cream with Brazilian nuts that the pharmacy recommended.

I also tried some massage for my back but it didn’t do much. It was relaxing, I will continue to go but I don’t have big hopes for my lower back area. I try to go for a walk at least 40 minutes a day even if my back starts to hurt at the end.

I don’t know what I’m having yet but I exercise my crocheting skills for a friend’s cute baby girl. I finished all my pink thread so I went to buy some more, just in case I need it, but I also have blue and green for some options. I like doing that but is time consuming and I’m supposed to learn for my driving exam that will be sooner rather than later, so that my belly won’t interfere.

This week I will do my nuchal translucency test and I hope it will be good news so that I can feel free to tell friends and the rest of the family about my pregnancy.

  • A little late since your munchkin is long since born and you might be working on hatching another one out;) …anyway I would suggest researching exercises that you can do while laying on your back. I have spinal issues and went to therapy and they had like six different sets of exercises. Doesnt take many to actually feel it either, lol!
One was sort of a crunch with feet flat and knees up, then same position but crunching to the right and left of your legs. Another , laying in the same position is to lift your ass off the ground until your thighs and body trunk are in line, then slowly lower back down. …can’t remember the others off the top of my head (obviously I’m not exercising now, lol) but look for this kind of stuff, low impact and you can start with three sets of ten. Do ten, rest, ten more, rest and then the final ten, rest and switch exercises!

For skin and stretch marks vitamin e oil helps and coconut oil, you can actually buy that in the cooking section, most places carry one brand of it, its a solid like lard but melts quickly when you put it in your hands and warm it up. I also heat a couple ounces up for ten or twenty seconds in the microwave and drink it! Has all kinds of beneficial properties I can’t remember off the top of my head (if you google it a billion things come up!) And it helps keep your tummy regular. The best part about using it on your skin is that it towels off reality easily and doesnt leave a greasy mess.

The best and cheapest which is important when you go through a lot of lotion, is Corn Huskers Lotion, they sell it most places like Walmart, groceries etc. Its super cheap and you hardly have to put any on to get good coverage. When it dries it is absolutely greaseless!!! I used this stuff when I was working a job that regularly got chemicals on my hands and the chems would literally suck the moisture from your skin and it would dry and crack. I could wash the chems off and dry, put the lotion on and a minute later they were dry and I could handle things again.

Oh, by the way girlie, you look hot! Pregnant and married or not, I’d walk right up to you at the store and flirt with ya! ;). Your in terrific shape here!!

    • Thanks, Mike! Sorry to answer you this late, baby keeps me busy, you know?
Great advices you have there, you know your stuff! Fortunately, I only have my stretch marks on my behind, but to be honest I think the marks were there before getting pregnant lol I used very buttery creams, don’t know if it actually helped, or is just my skin that has a natural elasticity, I kept forgetting to put cream on. I definitely gonna remember the options you gave me for the next one 😛 And the back exercises as well!
Thank you so much for stopping by! 🙂
